2oz Aged Puerto Rican Rum
1oz Overproof Jamaican Rum
1oz Aperol
1oz Passion Fruit Syrup
1oz Lime Juice
1oz Orange Juice
1oz Grapefruit Juice
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
Large Tiki vessel
Whip shake and pour unstrained.Top with crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprigs, flower, citrus ship, and smoldering cinnamon stick.
Feel free to scale this down to a single drink by just cutting everything in half.
Garnished with a plastic beast.
There is no Ting soda in my county. We stopped at a hole-in-the-wall Jamaican restaurant out of town. They had Ting so I picked one up, should have gotten more 😕

3 dashes Peychauds Bitters
1 dash Ancho Reyes Liqueur
5 drops Saline Solution

1/2 oz park Carte Blanche VS Cognac
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/8 oz Giffard Banane du Brasil
3/8 oz Honey Syrup
It was tart enough that you could increase the Banana and Honey syrup to 1/2 each for ease of measurement. Or increase the Banana to 1/2 and decrease the Honey Syrup to 1/4
Dole Whip
I left out the sugar and added 2 ounces of rum. The rum made it thin enough to drink with a straw
