Some of them are not strictly Tiki but they are what people might have been drinking back then. CARIOCA DAIQUIRI • Carioca . . 1 1/2 oz. Rum Carioca Carta Blanca (White) • Lime. . . . Juice of 1 Lime • Sugar .. . ¾ teaspoon finely granulated sugar Pour the above ingredients into a cocktail shaker using plenty of cracked ice. Shake well until chilled—then strain and serve in a cocktail glass. I'll post more as time permits.
