This is a recent $13 thrift store find. Signed "N.P. Nucum // 70" as well as an handwritten inscription from the giver to receiver, dated 17 August, 1970. It appears to be a gift from one Mormon Missionary to another. There is also an address in Angeles City Philippines on the back, presumably the store where the painting was purchased: Jerbornn (?) Coins & Stamps Exchange. I did google the address and the building is still there, although is other businesses, of course. Dimensions are 29 x 23 inches including the frame IMG_0292IMG_0706IMG_0707IMG_0708 2
