Nucum // 70" as well as an handwritten inscription from the giver to receiver, dated 17 August, 1970. It appears to be a gift from one Mormon Missionary to another. There is also an address in Angeles City Philippines on the back, presumably the store where the painting was purchased: Jerbornn (?) Coins & Stamps Exchange.
