Found the site for the house band - KASH BAND, that appears to have some photos from Club Mali Kai... not too much tiki going on in these, but check out the latter ones onstage - there are some kind of tiki carvings upright in the middle of the stage: https://www.stlmusicyesterdays.com/Kash%20Band.htm
