I have a plan for next year of opening a new bar in cuzco that focus on amazonian ingredients and rum. Right now, I´m still looking for a place but I know there are some that they are not renewing next year. I want the bar inside to be a small hut, and make it as much tropical than I can. It would be the first time I will do something for myself so I´m always open for suggestions how to start. Any ideas or feedback would be very appreciated, and also when I start renovating the place, I will post the pictures here
