Opening a New Tropical Rum Bar In Cuzco, Peru

Hello everyone. I have a plan for next year of opening a new bar in cuzco that focus on amazonian ingredients and rum. Right now, I´m still looking for a place but I know there are some that they are not renewing next year.

I want the bar inside to be a small hut, and make it as much tropical than I can.

It would be the first time I will do something for myself so I´m always open for suggestions how to start.

Any ideas or feedback would be very appreciated, and also when I start renovating the place, I will post the pictures here

yes, that sounds very cool. Are you near Lima, or is your town fairly big?

I live in Puerto Maldonado. And I already had a partnership with a bar there call Bamboo Bar Tiki Hut. But it's mostly beer because the locals are not used to cocktails.

In Cuzco I feel there is more interest in cocktails and I found that there isn't a bar that works with Amazon ingredients and neither are rum specialized bars
