I live in Puerto Maldonado. And I already had a partnership with a bar there call Bamboo Bar Tiki Hut. But it's mostly beer because the locals are not used to cocktails. In Cuzco I feel there is more interest in cocktails and I found that there isn't a bar that works with Amazon ingredients and neither are rum specialized bars |
