Oh how the information has changed Fat is good Carbs/ sugar bad I was 240 lbs Ate meat (the fatter the better), fish, eggs, butter, cheese, avocado and salt Lost 50 lbs in 3 months Had a few beer (carb) slip ups Back on track I only eat once or twice a day Always full No hunger or cravings The fat gives you satiety Lots of data and studies to back it up Also: it’s sustainable U can drop weight on a low fat, low calorie diet, but it’s not sustainable, the weight always comes back Check out the low carb MD podcast, all explained there! Life changer So many metabolic diseases can be cured including diabetes type 2 These were the first two books I read on the topic that basically changed my life.
