Great about your weight success! What is the see’s candy diet u speak of? 😆 We don’t plan on going off the keto diet, that’s how well it works! Just doing this carnivore part for a month or so to try it. Lunch yesterday : 8 eggs Dinner: spicy sausage My food pyramid is:
