We started January 2024. Nothing until lunch. Eat whatever we want followed by Sees Candy. At 2 PM a Tootsie Roll pop. If still hungry a piece of fruit. Then nothing until lunch the next day. This is really easy. Our goal is 1 pound off per month. I nice and slow way to go. We are doing really well. Dan's ahead with more than 30 off. I'm on schedule with more than 20. We are all doing what works. |
