Mahalo to beverage director Cory Starr and head bartender Michael DeMahy for the hospitality at last night's special preview of Mai-Kai Rum No. 1 in the Molokai Bar. The hardy group who turned out was treated to sample sips plus four reconfigured classic cocktails using the new 100-proof blend, which will make it's official debut at the Mai-Kai in the coming weeks.
