My friend, Scott, runs Tiki Bar Tech and sells interactive wireless devices which will drive a screen and let you interact and cause things to happen. The "Enchanted Portal" is the box that runs the screen and creates dynamic content. Other things can interact with it, including synchronized LED lights. He's got a number of wireless objects and keeps cooking up new ones. Ken Wallace just published an iOS app that will let you synchronize any video with hue lights, switches, and ESP devices so your whole room can respond to what's happening on the screen. So, kinda the reverse of Scott's since the video drives the room.
