Rating the Mai-Kai's Hulaween 2026 cocktails

The Mai-Kai's Hulaween edition of the secret speakeasy Mutiny at the Molokai features 13 deadly cocktails, aka "Spirits of the Abyss," served by beverage director Cory Starr and his team (including mixoloist Ethan Bartman and mistress of the dark Malia).

Also featuring provisions from chef Justin Sherrer, the event is limited to around 50 guests per night. We sampled many of the offerings at the first seating Wednesday. If you're lucky enough to snag a seat for Monday or Halloween night, we highly recommend these expertly crafted drinks.
