In addition, if several small bamboo rods were attached radially and running in parallel from the cord junction to just over the edge of the conic shape (like the end of a fishtrap) you would get a very nice beachcomber lamp for little effort. Elmer's glue would suffice for all this, and it could be disolved in warm water if for some reason you should ever wish to restore them. Ahu
