Oh, Sorry I forgot to give my opinion on the topic! I personally think the focus of your piece is drowned out by the burlap backing. The shades are so similar to the ad that there is no contrast to really show the main focus of the piece. The burlap is over powering. So I think if you did a black or red border to make the ad pop that would show off the ad a lot better. The ad is awesome but it doesn't look completed. Maybe frame the ad with painted bamboo or wood frame border. You'll have a true focal point and your eye won't wonder to the edges.
Also I sell a lot on ebay and have found a lower price to get the interest does help, I try to start everything under 9.00 and let the bidders make the price, especially on items I don't have an investment in. My tiki and poodle bags start at $6-9.00 and I am never disappointed with the ending price. Just my opinion, hope it is helpful !!!!!
