I finally made a Puka Punch found on pg 73/74 in Beachbum Berry's "Intoxica". Beautiful drink, I've been wanting to make it for while but put it off because i tcalled for honey. I thought that honey would be a hassel to work with but it was not, and it added a very nice complexity. I especially like the combination of honey, falernum, and bitters. I can hardley wait to blend a few for my friends! Cheers, KT |
