Also, I have been using the name "Off the Hook " for a cartoon that I do for The Monterey Bay Trout and Salmon Project Newletter. I have only done a few comics for them and never did do any kind of trademark or copyright procedure for it. I dont really think my strip will be published in anything other than the newsletter. So I dont mind sharing the name. Just wanted to let you know that name was already being used somewhere. Good luck with the toonz.
