**6 oz. uncooked shrimp, peeled, deveined and finely chopped

(Shellfish allergy! I would NOT think to ask if there were bloody SHRIMP in my CHEESE!!)

(Exaggeration - I get some lag time between ingestion, analphylactic shock, and death, thank Gawd - enough time to prevent at least the last one!)
