I'm gonna represent the web and choose one of the recipes I posted links to above. Should be fun.

My two cents is to not have official judges, but just let people wander by and pick up a cup, taste (dixie cup size?), and then write a score (1-5) on a piece of paper and put it in a box for that drink. Then add up the scores for that drink recipe and see what the standings are. Run it sort of like a wine tasting...
