From about April '04, Target has been prepping for summer. They have a lot of tropical themed items including some REALLY cool hibiscus string lights. They aren't cheesy plastic...more like starched fabric or something. They were VERY popular so I can't promise they'll still be there, but check it out! Two different color varieties about $9 ea. |
