Yes, it's only for the pre-made frames. The 40% off coupon is good on other stuff, but unfortunately not on custom work or special orders. I got a nice piece of grass mat matte board for a reasonable price with the coupon. (It's usually a special order, but they had one sheet there.) An 11x14 bamboo type frame is about 8 bucks for example. |
