The Smileys live in a mostly original 1950's custom built home on a hill with an incredible view facing the San Francisco bay. The house had a huge room downstairs that we divided into the large Tiki Bar and on the other side the Smiley Museum. The house came with a Volcano and in the two car garage on one side there is a pit so I can change my 1959 catalina's oil easily.
