Please help with Oceanic Art, Bahooka, Tiki Aprtments trip - General Tiki

We are planning to head straight to Oceanic Arts from then the Burbank Airport; then we would like to visit Bahooka for lunch. We definitely want to explore the different tiki apartments. Would the apartments be easy to visit from OA or Bahooka? We will be attending the Aloha-Cruz Da Show in Redondo Beach the next day and I wondered if the apartments would be closer to Redondo Beach then OA or Bahooka. If anyone could help me out with this portion of our trip I would be really grateful. Directions and other places to visit would be super, too. Thank You in Advance, Gem
