you can do a bunch with fishing net. Here's one example:

I hung it from the ceiling using small hooks.
Let you imagination run wild! drape it over a wall, bunch it up in a corner put it in front of your bar, etc. the possibilities are endless.
You can also stick dried sea stars, shells, plastic fish, etc. inside the net.
