To answer Kahukini's question:
"Is DA SHOW a "yard sale" or a Christie's auction? Prices are the same, no?"

The answer is 'yes' and 'no'. Aloha Cruz is expensive, yes. However their Hawaiiana show DA SHOW is an annual Hawaiiana "swap meet." Hawaiiana and Tiki vendors from all over the country come down to show their wares. I went last year and found all kinds of cool stuff. Yeah, some of it might be pricey but not all of it.

Most of all, its a fun atmosphere. There's live Hawaiian music and even Hawaiian food. I mean how many events can you go to where every vendor is selling something that's either tiki or hawaiiana? You can find just about anything the Polynesian Pop era from rattan furniture to classic Trader Vic's tiki mugs.
