Trader Vic's grog glass and mystery gal head - Collecting Tiki

These we found in the BOT page 93. Does anyone know more about them. Are they easy to find? I swear I have seen them in a bigger better picture somewhere... We bought all these glasses, including the red and green Vic's glasses on the left. And then there's this lady. This bust looks very familiar. We didn't buy her.
