List of mugs given free with drinks? - Collecting Tiki

I know some bars bought in huge quatities of a particular mug that could be kept if a certain drink was bought (which usually cost a couple of bucks more than the normal going rate). By getting crates of one mug, they kept the price down, and the customer would be less likely to walk away with a more expensive mug. Anyway, is there such a list, or should we start one here?
