Yes, I have been looking for a recipe for this too and have had pretty much the same experience. Often I can get a good idea of what is in a drink just by tasting it a few times and then trying to reproduce it at home. But never having been to Kahiki I won't have any hope there. Has anyone who has ever had this drink comment on it's taste or on how the dry ice gimmick was done?
