Everyone's getting FREE iPods!

Jab, it took me a long time (more than 2 weeks) to get mine completed. They claim my ipod is now "processing". We'll see....

i'd be game on doing it.... my physical address will be changing soon and all spam goes into a spam filter on my hotmail, so i have nothing to loose.

my only question... after the two week trial and I decide not to keep the (lest say Block Buster) account, do I still get the iPod (also signing up 5 people)?

Oh and I picked the 20 gig... hope i don't get suckered into somehting else to get that big boy.

I realize that, but wouldn't more than one of my referrals have completed their offer by now?

Am I one of the four? If so, then that means that with BMG you have to buy a CD and get the extra four free ones after that in order to complete the offer. Have you purchased a CD? If not, then check and see if your account has your status as complete. I've gotten seven of my free CDs and my account shows that I have not completed my requirement.

If those four are new BMG members like me then you shouldn't take on more referrals because your other four will take some time to complete their obligations. It's not fair that you get new referrals while those of us who chose BMG still have to fulfill our obligation and yet do not get potential new signees. You should check with each of your signees and verify the status of their account and only take on new signees if someone says that they have reneged on the deal.

On another forum someone said that the genealogy offer is the quickest to complete.

You're right. I should be more patient. I removed the link to be fair to those that still need 5 referrals.

The BMG thing is tough because of all the mainstream stuff they have, but there are a couple of goodies. I kept a Blue Hawaii soundtrack and ebay-ed the rest coming out a little ahead money-wise. I still don't have any referrals though. nobody loves me.

So, I heard that Handford actually received his Ipod!!!! So, the rest of you bums, PLEASE sign up, IT WORKS!!!!!!!! I want an Ipod too. Thanks guys.

two people I work with did get them! I'm a total skeptic when it comes to getting free expensive stuff (these things are $600), but when I actually saw them it made me a believer.

All you have to do is sign up for one of their offers (I did the credit card) and refer 10 people to do the same. I bet if we throw this thing around TC, a bunch of us can get one of these photo ipods. I have seen them, they are pretty neato!

OK - well, I just signed up! I chose the BMG CD club sign up - as that seems to be the cheapest of the options... Even if I spend $50 over the next year for a few CDs, it's still better than $500 for a 40 gig color photo iPod... ( I believe the 60 gig is $600...)

So - now I gotta convince 10 of you to try one of their products!

that without some organization one or two people got more referrals than were necessary and the rest got nothing. A couple of people got their ipods, but no one else did.

Tikibelle was keeping it organized. There's a sort of list going so that the referrals get distributed properly. Use that list and add your names to the end.

The way I figure, if it takes five referrals to get a prize, for every 6 people one gets something and the rest don't. The more people who do it the more who don't get anything. HOWEVER...if you sign up at one of those other sites then you're getting a bunch of strangers prizes.

If we keep it in house (or in hut) then you're helping out... us. People on Tiki Central. I've already fulfilled my obligation and have no idea if anyone has signed up under my name. Tangaroa is right. We should link this thread to the original thread, keep it organized and see how many people we can get ipods. Whadda you think?
