Put some on a piece of toast. Yack! (The French would even be more disgusted if they knew I put catsup on their beloved fries)

A few of my favorites include: Frog pasties, Snails en brochette, Mousse of crayfish tails, Siren shoulder and (the ever-popular) Eels with beer. MMMMMMMMMMMM...tasty.
