Crazed Mugs/Mogambo Music Video

A very nice "music video"/musical documentary was put together by Mogambo for The DVD of Tiki to our tune "Hurricane Hukilau."

Many of you saw it at Hukilau this past June... but I didn't.
When I did see it, even as a .wmv in an email, I was extremely gratified to see such a great job done with the shooting and editing of Mogambo and his team. They really captured the feelings of the song and even gave it a lot more weight.

We got permission from the producer to put the video on the front page of our website.
Make sure you have a tropical cocktail next to you as you watch it.
Maybe turn a fan on high and put it next to you to enhance the effect.

And remember, The DVD of Tiki will be released soon and I'm not positive but I believe that video will be on there as well.

Mahalo. (see some of you at the Mai Kai this evening, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday evening.)

Great video!
Can't wait for the dvd of tiki!

Very nicely done indeed. No hurricane is going to stop a tikiphile!!! Keep us posted on when the DVD is available...that is a must-have. :)

crazedmugs.com seems to be having a meltdown right now. You can also find the video here.

Very nice job, by the way.

Mahalo Rob.

Even though the crazedmugs site seems to be working now, the video can also be viewed here:

Given by what I've learned from you online, I assume that this is not a typo on the myspace video page.
"Baked by The Crazed Mugs' song "Hurricane Hukilau."

We did indeed bake it.
325 degrees for 12 weeks.

Also, I love the way myspace has no hierarchy ID.
So when you click on the video, the songs still play from the jukebox.
Anarchy for the masses. All 9 of them. Baked.

Hey Pablus!

You and German Joe rock!!!

What an awesome combo!

Gave me big time chills.

What a BLAST the was!!!
