Beautiful work by Shag on the walls, with a hilarious little home in the middle of the gallery: built by our very own BBB, paint by Josh, and complete with "serving suggestions" for the little people, inside. If that doesn't 'splain it to you, git yrself to Billy Shire and have a gander! Lion spottings: Bora Boris, BambooBen, Crazy Al, CaliTiki with family & friends (but where's the puppy?), and of course the Shagmeister hisself, dressed to the nines and sporting a glorious stemmed glass bowl big enough for won-ton soup. I just love this guy's work! |

It was awesome to be able to work with one of the top (tiki) artists of our generation! It was also nice to take a break from my normal tiki build out routine. If any of you are in the area, go check out this show. When you're inside, you kind feel like John Malkcovich!!! Watch your head, man!!! Visit me on Myspace too! It's Benz Arts fault! dam code! I didn't want to give away the whole show on your house in my earlier post Ben, thank you very much for bringing it to the forum! Beautiful work on both your parts - you're a natural pairing, and I'd love to see you guys collaborate more! |

Yes! Great work - I still wasn't sure exactly what it was from the hints! What a cool project, especially to get to watch all the opening night attendees interacting with it. Sweet! How many bits does it break down into? |
