I sculpted this version of "Ke Hupo" for the 1st photo shoot for the 2010 Frankie's Tiki Room calendar.
I live in Las Vegas FYI, and this sculpture is over six feet tall and over 4ft wide, elbow to floor is 41 inches to match the bar height we shot him against. I am looking to sell "Ke Hupo" and find him a new Tiki home. He took me 2 weeks to complete from initial carving to the final painting. There is still styrofoam clinging to parts of the apt! LOL! I am looking for offers to be emailed to me and come December 1st the highest offer gets "Ke Hupo". Delivery options vary considering his size he can be lifted by one finger!

Any questions please hit me up!!

That's really cool. You totally outdid yourself. It looks surreal in the photo shoot, too. What a one of a kind piece to pick up. Thanks for putting this up for bid.

Aloha Peeps!

just stopping by to say how amazing Scott's recreation of the tiki from my painting "RUBY'S DILEMMA".

Below u can see it featured on the cover of the 2010 Frankies Pin Up Girl Calendar!!

And remember, it's not a Kama'aina Tiki Bar without Ke Hupo!!

Not so much 'lowbrow' as 'unibrow' art

Wow thank you Tom, how cool is that dude!?
I had a blast doing it, not bad for my first attempt at sculpture, it's nice as an artist to appreciate another artist's work and be able to express how much by my sculpture.

I had an amazing day when we shot that cover the original model was there, the artist who inspired me was there and we brought "Ruby's Dilema" to life!

Thanks Tom and keep up the sweet sweet artwork!

Scott~ I agree with Benz. The outcome of that coooool original piece of art was realized so very well. Let me know if you do his "Flying Eye" - gotta see that.

Tom - I like you
