Looks like fun, I'll bring the Meyers and the KitchenAid if you bring the liquid nitrogen.

I tried MaiTai Sundaes once with orange sherbet (for curacao) drizzled with orgeat syrup, limeade concentrate, and garnished with mint jelly. Didn't taste much like a MaiTai (no rum!) but it was fun anyway.

You can jell your favorite Mai Tai by just adding some Knox unflavored gelatin mix dissolved in a little boiling water to it and stick it in the fridge.

Mai Tai Jello shot
1 Big box of orange flavored jello
2 cups boiling water
¾ cup of ice cold water
¼ cup of orgeat syrup
½ cup of Jamaican rum
½ cup of Martinique rum

Dissolve the jello in boiling water, then mix in the cold stuff and pour the mixture into 2 oz cups with lids and refrigerate until they set up.
