Looks like fun, I'll bring the Meyers and the KitchenAid if you bring the liquid nitrogen. I tried MaiTai Sundaes once with orange sherbet (for curacao) drizzled with orgeat syrup, limeade concentrate, and garnished with mint jelly. Didn't taste much like a MaiTai (no rum!) but it was fun anyway. |

You can jell your favorite Mai Tai by just adding some Knox unflavored gelatin mix dissolved in a little boiling water to it and stick it in the fridge. Mai Tai Jello shot Dissolve the jello in boiling water, then mix in the cold stuff and pour the mixture into 2 oz cups with lids and refrigerate until they set up.
