Mexican "Tiki" Mugs

I was in San Diego at Old Town a couple of weekends ago and saw these mugs being sold at a shop and was intrigued by them. Definitely not tiki but I would say influenced by tiki.

Hey Mongo,I agree wid you, very much influenced (imho) by Tiki mugs. Nicely done too! Like most of us on TC I’bout outta room-have to save some space for “Real” tiki mugs even though I like those that you posted very much.

Those are from Trader Juan's.

They remind of the old Kahlua decanter and the Toltec decanter.

Mongoloid - Do you remember the name of the shop that was selling these?

Arriano I don't remember the name of the shop but it was one of the bigger shops with a big wrap around deck, the mugs were inside. A lot of the vendors start to look the same after awhile so sorry I can't be of more help.
