Was just wondering if anybody knew about bars that do this? For example Frankie's Tiki Room sell their mugs via their website. [ Edited by: TheDrunkenTiki 2015-07-27 10:24 ] |

Great question - I wish more places did, especially those along the northern coast of the US (Hale Pele, Smuggler's Cove, etc). I think i like the Three Dots and a Dash bowl, but don't feel like going through the hoops of asking people and/or ebay, etc. |

The last time I went to Three Dots one of the managers told me that they are working on putting an online store together. |

I hope this is true. I REALLY want their urchin mug. I was trying to see if any of my dad's business contacts can pick one up for me, but all of them moved down south! |

If you're willing to cover the cost and shipping or even trade I can easily get one for you provided they have them in stock, I know they are frequently out. |

This thread was started a while back for the intents and purposes of picking up mugs from local spots wither to trade or to ship at cost to others in the TC ohana. Not everybody does it, but if I know I'm going to someplace I can buy mugs and don't already have requests to bring back mugs for others, I usually post here to see if anyone from TC wants anything. http://www.tikicentral.com/viewtopic.php?topic=46028&forum=5&100 |

I've attempted to order from three dots and a dash, and they have emailed me an order form. They just aren't set up to handle it, and it was like pulling teeth trying to get it done, so I just gave up. I was just at Kon Tiki in Tucson and they have three very cool mugs for sale right now, but not on the website. I think the current owner may end up driving that place into the ground, though. They only have four rums behind the bar, the drinks taste like crap, and they were substituting Kraken for Myers because they had been out of Myers for a few days. |

I ordered a mug using the form from Three Dots and paying as they required and the mug arrived timely and well-packaged, so I'd give it a try. |
