"...torched cinnamon stick..." Yes, interesting and unique garnish! I wonder if it would be helpful to add a drop of lemon extract or Bacruddy 151 to the tip before lighting? |

The trick with torched cinnamon is to use the softer, crumbly kind. Not the hard, unbreakable stuff. My local bulk food sells both. |
