For your imbibing pleasure, I thought I'd share this.
The official cocktail of
Paradis du Zombi...

The Bokor

2 oz Appleton Estate Rum
1/2 oz Pimento Dram
1/2 oz Fassionola
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz White Grapefruit Juice
Dash of Bitterman's Tiki Bitters
Shake with crushed ice
Garnish with torched cinnamon stick

Yes, interesting and unique garnish! I wonder if it would be helpful to add a drop of lemon extract or Bacruddy 151 to the tip before lighting?

The trick with torched cinnamon is to use the softer, crumbly kind. Not the hard, unbreakable stuff. My local bulk food sells both.
