An argument could be made for either sex on this tiki. It could be a small, flaccid penis while the other one is erect and the head is red because it is engorged with blood

Or this one could be interpreted as female with blood filled labia and a clit, or the red areas could be breasts.

Similarly this one could be interpreted as female with defined cleavage, white breasts, and the smaller round red areas being ariolas or nipples.
