Hi All!

Here is a drink I invented using Rosemary infused Rum (Havana Club 3yo)...

Duke of Earl

1 1/2 shot Rosemary infused Rum
1/2 shot Mango Syrup (Giffard)
1/2 shot Orange Curacao (Giffard)
2 shots Chilled Earl Grey (strong)

Shake hard with ice, then strain into an ice-filled hi-ball (11oz). Garnish with a sprig of Rosemary.

This is incredibly unique. I take it you infused the rum yourself. I've already got rosemary growing in my yard, so I might just have to try this. Please give more details on your infusion process. I wouldn't want to under or over do it.

One big sprig, left in the bottle for a week, then taken out.

No heating.
