I have not made this yet, but it sounds pretty good. Pharos [email protected] ALOHA BANANA BREAD 1/2 c. margarine or butter Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, bananas and orange rind; blend thoroughly. Combine orange juice and flavorings; add alternately with sifted dry ingredients. Add nuts; blend thoroughly. Bake in a well greased pan at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes. Cool for 4 hours on rack. Note: Flavor improves if bread is allowed to stand for several days wrapped in foil. Mrs. E. L. That sounds good. I love banana bread. However... I would really like a recipe that I can make in my bread maker. I know... I'm lazy... and I don't care. -T.J. |
