ALOHA BANANA BREAD

1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 bananas, mashed
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
3/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts

Cream butter and sugar.

Add eggs, bananas and orange rind; blend thoroughly.

Combine orange juice and flavorings; add alternately with sifted dry ingredients.

Add nuts; blend thoroughly.

Bake in a well greased pan at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes.

Cool for 4 hours on rack.

Note: Flavor improves if bread is allowed to stand for several days wrapped in foil.
