Need Help Identifying Tiki Glass

Hi,
i just found a Tiki glass from a place on Connecticut Avenue in Washingon DC. I cannot identify the restaurant/bar. It looks like Oiak something. Not sure if the first letter is an O or a D and part of the last letter isn't clear but it looks like an A. The address looks like 1328 or 1329 Connecticut Avenue.

Does anyone have any better info where this is from? Any idea of its value,if any?

I looked through "Tiki Road Trip" and didn't spot anything matching that address. The obvious advice is to have you post a photo so the experts can identify it. GOOD LUCK
By the way, how did you manage to be registered for 2 1/2 years on TC without submitting a post????

There was an Osaka Polynesian Restaurant in Washington D.C., so it could be from there. The mug that I've seen from there is a small sort of bug-eye moai mug, and on the back was printed "Osaka" in bamboo style lettering, then "Polynesian Rest. D.C." below.
