More TikiSHOUT! updates

Hello,

I was able to work on SHOUT a little bit today and I added a few new things:

1. Identity Checking. You can now click on a name in shout to see if it appears in the Memberlist. I added this feature to make it easier to spot fakes. That is, people who may want to chat with a name that is close to but not the same as another member (for example, someone chatting at "Tiki-Bong" instead of "Tiki_Bong").

Please note that someone could still register a close-but-not-the-same name in Tiki Central. So you should still check the user's sign-up date and post counts as well if you're suspicious.

2. Anon labeling. If you choose to be nameless when posting to Shout, you will now get your own virtually-unique Anon label.

Thanks Hanford. Anything helps. I've noticed variations of myself up there in the recent, before the change. Must have been one of my many fans. Oh, that darn Aloha Spirit!!!

Well it can still happen, but these new changes make it easier to spot the fraudsters.
