More TikiSHOUT! updates - General Tiki

You can now click on a name in shout to see if it appears in the Memberlist. I added this feature to make it easier to spot fakes. That is, people who may want to chat with a name that is close to but not the same as another member (for example, someone chatting at "Tiki-Bong" instead of "Tiki_Bong"). Please note that someone could still register a close-but-not-the-same name in Tiki Central. So you should still check the user's sign-up date and post counts as well if you're suspicious. Anon labeling. If you choose to be nameless when posting to Shout, you will now get your own virtually-unique Anon label.
