It's a line of little Tiki character action figures. The website has animation and games and stuff about the characters.

Outsch! Right of the bat I have to admit that I bought one of those guys for my son, because he likes cartoon characters, and we both get a kick out of all that Tiki merchandise out there. But just one, and I had a reeeeally hard time deciding which one was the least ugly of the bunch. Not good ugly, just bad.

These are among the worst renditions of "Tiki" idols I have encountered in the revival, only comparable to those beercan and Bar-bq holding Jimmy Buffet Tikis.

But hey, I also bought an Aloha shirt in Kona just because it had the worst rendered art of the "City of Refuge" Tikis on it I had ever seen, so bad it was funny. Clearly done in Asia, with no connection to Polynesian culture. One figure looks like an American Indian holding a tomahawk.

Yeah, I saw these at the store yesterday and decided that none of them were worth buying. Very unappealing and unhip.

The characters aren't half as bad as the animated flash episode.

Stink-o. They seem to think they can do the Spongebob thing.

It must be a curse to think you are far more clever than you actually are.
