Name the Place, and the Star

While working on the prototype website that will display the fashion work that my wife has done, I came across this photo

Heres the challenge...

Name the place the photo was taken.

Name the "star" the piece was done for.

Name the video the "star" wore the piece in.

And did this top really contribute to the decline of the morals of the United States?

I think that this is actually a sign of the impending end of the world. And you might also when you realise who the top was done for.

At the very least the owner of the house this photo was taken in may want to scrub down this corner of the domicile.

I'll say Britney too. If anybody embodies the what's wrong with pop culture and the world, it is definitley Britney. If the old saying goes "That person was born on third base but thinks they hit a grand slam" then in Britney's case...she was born in the dugout!

Yes it was for Ms. Spears.

Now, which video? hint hint-> It was the video that she used to shed her good girl image.
