I've been told I'm a bore before, but never a wild boar.

I found this while doing a search for "Welo".
Yesterday I found a Coco Joe's keychain of a boar head with WELO on the front, and APR 21 MAY 20 on the back.
I guess they did a whole series! I'd love to have the lot of them!
The boar is really cute.

"Those born under the sign of IKUWA shall not be taken lightly, for to receive the wrath of IKUWA could surely be as painful as the sting of the Scorpion fish."

Damn Right!

Those born under the sign of MAHOE MUA are said to have been endowed with creative powers. MAHOE MUA persons are exacting, methodical, intelligent and chaste.
The male MAHOE MUA is often unable to organize or simplify his affairs due to pressures of work and business demands, and thus develops a system of fantastic mental pigeon-holes. Like their unpredictable Pele symbol, when prodded, the MAHOE MUA person will give vent to fiery spirits.

That doesnt describe me at all. Please dont let my wife see this. It will confirm what she has been saying all along.

Thanks Wahine , this is really neat.

I came across this Hawaiian Moon Calendar over the weekend in this dump of shop. The bottom has some interesting text associated with the print.

The text says that the tiki is Maui. The tapa on the sides represent the mountains. Maui is straddling the "Puka" (hole) that the Polynesians poetically believe the sun dropped into at night.

The inner most of the circle represents the four winds.

IKUWA..... "Moon of Thunder in the Sky"

I am "warm and cool"....yeah.... that's the ticket....
