wow this is like the first wonder of the world, mixed with the second. You can be the decide on whats first and whats second.

Thanks for the pic TikiTAmmy. Why are you looking for concrete pictures. I'm interested. Hey, you have heard of Seamus right? http://www.tikisbyseamus.com

Yes, of course I've heard of the infamous Seamus! I've admired his work for some time now.

I have no money & I've decided to try one of my own and was out there looking for some pointers. I really can't find anything that helpful. I'm just making it for my own backyard. I SWEAR! Everyone seems so secretive of their concrete fabrication secrets.

If anyone would like to throw me a bone, please PM me. I promise not to spread the concrete family secrets.

yeah me too. I won't tell a soul.

Actually cement is fun but its some hard work to make one off creations from scratch. I know most people in Creating do carving which is great and something that I haven't done yet. Yet. But I think it has too be harder to make a large hollow concrete tiki. With wood, the tiki is inside waiting to be brought out. The way that I have tried using cement' it takes alot of early planning because there is nothing there is start with. I was thinking up one today. I'm probably going about it too in the most difficult way. (In fact I can't help doing all of the unseen work top notch. I doesn't even matter but I can't help it. Hopefully I will get over that.) Well I guess starting with cement which I think is probably the more difficult task first can only make everything else alittle easier. Just my opinion. When I see a sidewalk now I think tiki (and I live in the city) and I bet the carves see tiki in the trees and fallen logs.
